Volunteer Opportunities!

Be a SMART DREAMS Mentor

Utilize your personal experience to be matched 1:1 with a Dreamer who shares common hobbies, strengths, & careers with you, and be expected to meet for 1 hour every 2 weeks with them.

Join a SMART DREAMS Dinner

Collaborate with our Coaches to host a therapeutic empowerment dinner that provides a safe space for our Dreamers to reflect on their weeks and learn how to navigate life challenges together.

Join Super Clean Saturdays

Participate with our Coaches and Dreamers on the weekends to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of our SMART DREAMS Homes.

Provide In-Person Tutoring

Help empower Dreamers through personalized tutoring in math, language arts, and other subjects. Together, we can create a supportive and enriching learning environment.

What does it take to be a volunteer?

Don't worry about having past experience; be willing to open your heart and mind, and we will take care of educating you on the DASH culture and lifestyle!

Although, all volunteers must be 18+, be able to pass a Level 2 background check, have a State ID, and be willing to complete 6-8 hours of professional development training annually with our SMART DREAMS Specialists.
